Yesterday I had a tire blowout in front of your store on 1960. I asked for help to put my spare tire on my car, and Mr. Valazquez and Edgar immediately helped me without complaints and did a great job. I tried to tip them but they refused. Can you imagine that? Again your professionalism shines through, it never ceases to amaze me the courtesy you always show to me & family, by you & your new car Internet staff. Buying a vehicle @ Beck & Masten is not a chore but is a fun experience that I always look forward to. As with the past vehicles purchased & this new 2010 GMC Acadia you & Beck & Masten always stand behind 110% before during & after the sale.

Again we are extremely satisfied with the latest purchase from you a 2009 Sierra Crew Cab. As you know this is our eighth vehicle purchase that my family the Bloom's of Spring, Texas has made from you @ Beck and Masten North location on FM1960 West since March 2005. You treat us with dignity & respect & make it fun to purchase a vehicle their. I actually do not want to leave. When coming to the dealership it is not a chore like some dealers make it seem. You are always there before & after sale if any problems arise to make sure that things are taken of @ 110%.

I just wanted to thank you guys for the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a pre-owned Hummer H3 for my daughters birthday, and the entire process exceeded my every expectation. my salesperson, Al Thompson answered every question and although the vehicle I came in for had already been sold, found a vehicle that my daughter fell in love with. I will be sure to tell my friends and plan on returning for my next vehicle as well.

I have enjoyed doing business with for nine years now. Back in 2000 I was 21 years old and out of all the dealerships Beck and Masten was the first the treated me with dignity and respect. Because of one salesman Big Theo you have one a customer for life. Since then i have purchase 4 used and one new vehicle from Beck and Masten and referred 4 people that have also purchased vehicle. The last 3 that I bought, I drove from the Shreveport, LA Area. I passed many dealers but none of them have what you all have. Our latest edition was bought just a few weeks ago and we love it. Thanks Rafael . Once again Beck and Masten had the best price without haggling, offered the best trade in value, great service and stress free purchase. It is a place that a man's handshake is still his word and that says a lot these days. Once again thank you Rafael and if you are at the dealership i will buy another one form you.

Also, if your dealership is not part of the USAA/Zag buying network, you should be.  You take the extra effort to provide a great customer experience, and that is what USAA members want and expect.

Other GMC dealerships should run their business's like Beck & Masten. Ariel Cuellar , my salesperson at Beck & Masten is a true professional at his trade. He greeted me with a smile, strong handshake, and answered all the questions I asked concerning the purchase of my new GMC truck. I found the my truck in less than 30 minutes.Ariel Cuellar introduced me to my finance officer( Roger Jimez) and we worked out the details of the loan. Roger Jimez was an excellent finance officer. He shopped the banks for the best interest rate and answered all my questions concerning the auto loan. GMC needs more professionals like these two gentleman to represent GMC auto sales. My auto purchasing experience at Beck & Masten was a great experience. I will buy and recommend these people and this dealership to everyone.

I want to personally thank Mike the service manager and Amanda the service advisor for helping me on Saturday 3-7-09. After dealing with another dealership for a problem I was having and talking with GMC customer service, once again I was set up with Beck and Masten and received the best and most professional service. I live 40 miles away but it is well worth the drive. Thanks to you Parrish as I purchased my Montana from you in 2006 and love it. Beck and Masten North really is such a great dealership and truly lives up to their word of customer satisfaction is #1.

Parrish Hadley and his dedication to his customers even after the sale is what keeps me and my family coming back. He gives you that personal car buying experience without ANY of the hassles that you would find at other dealerships. There is none of this "if you don't buy it now this deal is gone" or "once you leave I cannot guarantee anything". If you are not 100% about which car, trim, amount you want to spend he encourages you to take a day or two to think about it before you jump in head first, all of that is completely unheard of from a salesmen in the auto industry. Parrish has sold me and my wife 3 cars personally and he has sold cars to several of my other family members as well. Would you believe we have all gotten the same level of before, during, and after the sale service? I highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle to visit my friend Parrish Hadley for the best and most professional experience you will find at a car dealership! *On a side note James Coker has helped us when Parrish was not available and he is also highly recommended in my book.

Congrats. I actually had a better deal elsewhere but the experience was not that great. I opted to pay the extra 1500 since I had purchased several cars on the past and it was a very good experience from the get go.  Keep up the good work.

Finally....seems Beck and Masten, the Houston dealership I purchased my 2008 H3 from can do in 3 hours what 2 Toyota dealerships could not do in 2 weeks, and the other Hummer dealership could not do in 3 weeks!

I first spoke to my salesman James Coker on this forum, when he responded to my venting and frustration regarding the "other" Hummer dealership in N Houston as well as Toyota. He took all of my phone calls to answer my pre-sales questions. When I told him I did not want to waste his time or mine, by showing me the vehicle, be submitted to financing, and then only to be disappointed and not be able to buy, James insisted that no matter what happens...even if I do not buy the vehicle, that I would not be wasting his time....He is just doing his job... This unlike one particular Toyota dealership where the salesman was whining he was spending too much time on the deal....

INSTEAD...James was very professional yet easy going and down to earth. No silly sales pitches or trickery, he respected me as an "informed buyer" and did not insult my intelligence as the other dealers did by dragging out the price negotiations. He already had disclosed quite clearly all the rebates, and even one I did not know about (Houston Car Show), and discounted the price more than the others as well. In addition, James is a Hummer owner and can answer any question you have regarding these vehicles both on a personal and professional level. I was able to take a test drive (with my dog), allowed me to do this on my own; unlike the other dealerships, and encouraged me to bring my dog along, showed me the vehicle and all its features, submit me to financing, get approved, and delivered the vehicle in just a few hours. Unlike the other dealerships which dragged the financing out for 2-3 weeks, and had to go back and forth between their managers over and over again wasting my weekend. James was able to handle this deal, without running back and forth over and over again...

Best of all, he and his finance person, knew I had a specific amount for a down payment, and not only beat everyone elses deals, but were able to do it so that the down payment was what I could afford. The other dealerships were always insisting the "banks" NEEDED more and refuse to budge. Well, I think James and his dealership proved I did not need to "sell the farm" and drop the extra thousands of dollars these other dealerships insisted on. Thus, I cannot say enough about James and his dealership. He was able to do what no one else could not, or seemingly did not want to. The other dealerships loss, are his gain, as well as for his dealership. His dealership also has alot of "cool" customized Hummers as well. Needless to say, I am very happy.

Your Internet Manager -- Mr. Parrish Hadley is a Jewel and to us purely represents what a Dealership should be! Our friend Parrish promised even after the deal was closed, he would always be there for us....should we need anything. And he's done just that. Talk about going the extra mile....he continues writing the book! Another outstanding staff-member you have is Lee in the Service Dept. Lee has always been a pleasure to deal with and seamlessly makes getting your vehicle fixed almost a pleasure...with his personal touches, professionalism, and unmatched kindness. Our high-top (traded in '04 same vehicle) '07 GMC Savanah 'SOUTHERN COMFORT' custom van is truly a unique vehicle! It honestly has nearly caused traffic accidents it stands out so much..... even when it's not cleaned up. It's nothing unusual for us sitting in the van in a grocery store or mall parking lot and watch families walk around the vehicle....(all windows tinted quite dark, so they're typically not aware we're inside)....and pointing at various eye-catching parts of the van. At the moment, it's in the care of your Service Dept on FM1960....as it's suddenly become possessed as Parrish & Lee diagnost of 'Vana-GT'?! High as gas prices are, She's so bad, she starts up and runs alone!!!?????? lol. God Bless Y'all.....keep up the good work! Kenneth R. Just wanted to let you know what a great time my son Wayne & I had yesterday at the 2nd annual on road Hummer Happening Astros game. It was enjoyable or even more fun then the first one we attended last September. Of course what my son enjoys more than anything else is the police motorcade escort to the game from the dealership. One of the great assets of owning A Hummer is being able to attend events like this. Kudos to James Coker again for another great job of organizing this event. We look forward to the next one.
